DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (June 18, 2019) – Andrew C. Halpern, M.D., a board-certified pediatrician, has joined the medical team at Halifax Health-Keech Pediatric Neighborhood Care, 431 South Keech Street in Daytona Beach.
Dr. Halpern is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American Medical Association. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Romanian and Hungarian, he is a graduate of the University of Debrecen Medical School in Hungary and completed his pediatric residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York.
Laura Devilbiss, an advanced practice registered nurse, is also a member of the clinic’s care team. Devilbiss is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and holds a master’s degree in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. A Halifax Health employee since 1999, she has more than three decades of experience caring for children as a nurse in the pediatric emergency department and neonatal intensive care unit.
Halifax Health-Keech Pediatric Neighborhood Care provides a full range of pediatric care for patients from birth up to the age of 18. Services offered include physical examinations, immunizations, adolescent healthcare, family planning and sick visits, as well as health education.
