Covid-19 Defense Plan

No matter the situation, keeping your immune system healthy and strong is important. However, with the Covid-19 Pandemic, it has only showcased the significance of having a thriving immune system.

Halifax Health is starting a series targeted at helping you and your body against Covid-19 by boosting your immune system. The topics will range from the impact of sleep, exercise, nutrition and vitamins for your health. The series will be four parts and only last two weeks.

Vitamin Prescription

Important vitamin tips include:

  • 8-11 MG a day of zinc
  • 250 MG of Vitamin C (twice a day)
  • Vitamin D3
  • Cod-Liver Oil

Exercise

Exercise tips include:

  • Cardio and Weight Training
  • Stretch every morning
  • Start with walking one mile
