This year's 23rd Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5k is at 8 AM on Saturday, November 2! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida.
Online registration for the in-person event and non-runner supporters closes on October 31 at noon!
Be sure to post pictures, tag our Facebook page and use the hashtag #Hospice5K.
