LYLW Lifestyle Change Diabetes Prevention Education
The primary goals of this series are to reduce body weight, increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week, and fully integrate a new lifestyle for each participant to have a healthier life.
Our team will work with the series participants to tackle the problems that get in the way of healthy eating, discuss and exchange ideas on how to incorporate more physical activity into daily life, and to develop action plans that will support a lifestyle behavior change.
Join us for a FREE 12-week, virtual and in-person one-hour diabetes prevention education series to create a new lifestyle to have a healthier life.
