Free Car Seat Safety Checks Offered at Halifax Health Locations in Daytona Beach and Deltona

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (May 24, 2017) – Halifax Health – Healthy Communities in conjunction with SafeKids Volusia/Flagler Counties is offering free car seat safety checks each month at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach and Halifax Health – Emergency Department of Deltona.

In Daytona Beach, car seat safety checks take place the first Wednesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m. at Halifax Health Medical Center, France Tower, 303 North Clyde Morris Boulevard in Daytona Beach.  Scheduled dates include: June 7, July 5, August 2, September 6, October 4, November 1 and December 6.

Free car seat safety checks are now also available for West Volusia area residents the fourth Thursday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m. at Halifax Health – Emergency Department of Deltona, 3300 Halifax Crossing Boulevard in Deltona.  Scheduled dates include: June 22, July 27, August 24, September 28, October 26, November 23 and December 28.
