DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (April 12, 2017) – Halifax Health President and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Feasel has the announced the promotion of Kimberly Fulcher to senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Formerly a vice president for Halifax Health, in this enhanced role Fulcher will report directly to Feasel and assume oversight of all Human Resources functions, including Employee Relations, Work/Life Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, Auxiliary and Pastoral Care.
Fulcher has more than 24 years of experience as a human resources practitioner. Prior to joining Halifax Health in 2005, she worked for companies such as Westinghouse, Eaton Cutler-Hammer and Bertelsmann. She is active in several regional and national healthcare human resources associations, including serving as the current chairman of the Vizient Southeast Human Resources Executive Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and an active committee member for the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
A graduate of the 2015 Leadership Daytona Class XXXV hosted by the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, Fulcher holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Mars Hill University in North Carolina and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
