Halifax Health Announces Joe Petrock Auxiliary Volunteers of the Month for September and October 2018

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (October 30, 2018) – Debra Wray and Linda Dierstein have been named the Joe Petrock Auxiliary Volunteers of the Month for September and October 2018 by the Halifax Health – Auxiliary.

Daytona Beach resident Debra Wray is the Auxiliary Volunteer of the Month for September 2018.  Wray has been an Auxiliary member since August 2015 and has volunteered more than 1,079 hours.  Wray volunteers in the gift shop at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach where she assists with customer service, stocking shelves and delivering items to patients.

A Daytona Beach Shores resident, Dierstein is the Volunteer of the Month for October 2018.  An Auxiliary member since 2013, she has volunteered more than 1,724 hours at Halifax Health Medical Center.  Dierstein volunteers in the surgical waiting room on Friday mornings.

Halifax Health Team Member Daphne Sapp says of Dierstein, “Linda is the person we can count on to substitute when needed.  From January through July this year, she has been our substitute more than any other of our Team Members.  She is certainly a great asset to our waiting room team.”
