Halifax Health – Hospice and Orange County Parks and Recreation Veteran Pinning Ceremony


Wednesday, November 11, 2015

In conjunction with Orange County Parks and Recreation, Halifax Health – Hospice is holding a special pinning ceremony in the ballroom of the Renaissance Community Senior Center to honor veterans on Veterans Day. 

Halifax Health – Hospice is committed to honoring United States military men and women for their selfless acts of courage.  Veterans, their loved ones and the community are invited to attend this special ceremony.

BACKGROUND: Through its Veterans Recognition Program, Halifax Health – Hospice conducts pinning ceremonies for any veteran in the community – not just patients who receive services.  The program has honored those who have served in World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf Wars and those who continue to serve today.
