These surveys were evaluated by HEALTHCAREfirst using Hospice CAHPS quality measures and determined the level of patient care provided by Halifax Health – Hospice. Before even being considered for the Hospice Honors list, Halifax Health – Hospice had to achieve a score above the national average in the Hospice CAHPS category, “Willingness to Recommend this Hospice”.
