Back-to-school physicals offered by appointment at Halifax Health-Keech Pediatric Neighborhood Care clinic in Daytona Beach.

Wednesday, July 24 and July 31– 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, August 3 – 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 7 – 4:00-6:00 p.m.

Halifax Health-Keech Pediatric Neighborhood Care clinic is taking appointments for rapid back-to-school physicals and vaccinations.

Physicals are by appointment only.  No medication checks, adjustments, or sick visits will be available during the scheduled clinic days and times.

Halifax Health-Keech Pediatric Neighborhood Care provides a full range of pediatric care for patients, up to the age of 18, by appointment only.
