Dr. Jose Alexander Chavez-Gonzalez is a board-certified primary care physician and is practicing at Halifax Health | UF Health – Medical Center of Deltona, Primary Care. He graduated with a medical degree from the Universidad de El Salvador and went on to complete both his internship and residency in family medicine at the University of California, Riverside University Health System.
Dr. Chavez has 16 years of experience, which includes six years as a family physician. He is excited to practice family medicine in Deltona, and aims to improve the health of the West Volusia community. Dr. Chavez is fluent in English and Spanish.
