Over the 12 week time frame, the series will meet every Wednesday at 6:00 pm via Zoom and last one hour.
The series will start on Wednesday, October 7. Topics in the series include exercise, diet, the mental health aspect of diabetes, and much more.
Prevention of diabetes is critical. The time to act is NOW! Once you have diabetes, it can put you at higher risk for many other health problems.
