Sara, Sr. Employment Recruiter: Sara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and has been a member of the Halifax Health family since December 2013. She’s worked within Recruitment for the last 7 years as an Allied Health Recruiter and now the Sr. Employment Recruiter. Sara was born here at Halifax Health and raised in the area and takes great pride in helping others explore and secure employment opportunities throughout the system.
Charles, BSN, RN, Nurse Recruiter/Employee Relations: Charlie has been a Registered Nurse for over twenty years. He has enjoyed the opportunity to allow for several career changes that included Emergency Services, Pharmaceutical Research, and Agency/ Travel Emergency Nursing. Charlie has been recruiting with Halifax Health for the past three years. He enjoys utilizing his past nursing experiences to best serve projects that include marketing, retention, as well as recruitment for a variety of disciplines for Halifax Health.
Lacey, BSN-RN, Nurse Recruiter/Retention Coordinator: Lacey has been a Halifax Health team member since 2013. Not only did she accept her first Registered Nurse position at Halifax Health but she was also born here! Nursing at Halifax Health has provided opportunities such as working on our Cardiac Telemetry unit, Woman and Infant services, Quality Improvement and Recruitment/Retention. Lacey enjoys assisting candidates explore the world of nursing and the many open doors it has to offer. Lacey strives to help you achieve your career goals by guiding you through the onboarding process and being a resource to you for many years to come after accepting a position at Halifax Health.
Danielle, Allied Health Recruiter: Danielle is currently a graduate student at Florida State University studying Organizational Management and Communication, she received her B.A. in Human Communication and Conflict from UCF. As an Allied Health Recruiter she is responsible for evaluating and hiring qualified professionals for departments such as Emergency Services, Outpatient Physician Services, Respiratory Therapy, Behavioral Health and Clinical Nursing Support Services. Danielle has been a team member since 2016 and looks forward to helping candidates pursue their dreams here at Halifax Health.
Falon, Sr. Intake Specialist: Falon is a native of Daytona Beach. She has been working at Halifax Health in Human Resources for 16 years. She enjoys the experience of meeting new people every day through the onboarding process and sharing the wonderful opportunities Halifax Health has to offer each candidate. She is motivated to learn and grow each day to help the organization advance in every way possible for the better of our staff and patients.
