Alan Florez is President of Foundation Risk Partners of Florida and National Sales Director for Foundation Risk Partners. During his 15 years in the insurance brokerage industry, Mr. Florez has led high performing agencies during periods of significant and consistent growth for the nation’s largest insurance brokers. Previously, Florez had also served as Governor Jeb Bush’s Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs and as his Special Assistant. In addition, Florez is a former member of the University of Central Florida Board of Trustees and currently volunteers his time with the Florida Council of 100, Futures Foundation of Volusia County Schools, and the Community Foundation of Flagler and Volusia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Florez and his wife Justine have two children and live in Ormond Beach, Florida.
