Department Chair and Medical Director of Emergency Services
Dr. Jennifer Chan received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in 2009, she completed her Emergency Medicine Residency and the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in 2013 with rotations in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Trauma Medicine. In 2013 she joined the staff at Kennedy University Health Systems in Cherry Hill, New Jersey as a Board Certified Emergency Medicine and Teaching Attending physician.
Dr. Chan joined Halifax Health in 2016 as a Board Certified Emergency Physician and was appointed to Department Chair and Medical Director of Emergency Services in 2022.
Dr. Chan has several publications and and research experience.
