Jeremy Montz, PT, DPT, MS, ATC, MTC, has been promoted to the Vice President of Operations, Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation.
Jeremy Montz, PT, has responsibilities for the Rehab Service Line for Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation. He joined Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation in March 2019 as a Regional Director for the Outpatient Division overseeing the Daytona and Orlando markets. Prior to joining Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation he had more than eight years of managerial experience with a rehabilitation company in Jacksonville, FL.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from Louisiana College and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Southeastern Louisiana University. Montz then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
