Halifax Health – Hospice offers special events throughout the year to support, educate and connect with our local community. Hosting a third-party event is a wonderful way to show your support for Halifax Health – Hospice and the compassionate care we have provided our community for over 42 years.
Third-Party Events
These events are intended to be created, managed and run by individuals, groups, businesses, service clubs, etc., for the benefit of Halifax Health – Hospice. These may include events such as auctions, dinner parties, walk/runs, school fundraisers, golf tournaments and barbecues. We would love to hear what you have in mind.
Third-party fundraising events not only benefit Halifax Health – Hospice directly but also help to increase awareness about they work that we do.

Education Workshops
Halifax Health – Hospice is proud of being a leader in educating professionals and our community about the importance of quality end-of-life care. We strive to create and sustain a “teaching environment” for ourselves, patients, families, and the local community.
We offer information, education, and resource materials for decision making and advance care planning.
