The Halifax Health – Hospice 32nd Annual Tree of Remembrance Holiday Collection is available.

This exclusive collection features Angels, ornaments and Teddy Bears!  Donations from the Tree of Remembrance support The Patient Memorial Fund, a program of Halifax Health – Hospice.

Thank you for supporting the Tree of Remembrance which honors and memorializes our patients. In recognition of your donation, your loved one’s name will be placed on our Tree of Remembrance with a signature Memory/Honor tag.
