On August 15, dance prodigy and Guinness World Record Holder Sophia Lucia visited patients and staff in HalifaxHealthMedicalCenter’s BettyJaneFranceCenter for Pediatrics. The dancer will star in the Civic Ballet of Volusia County’s The Nutcracker ballet on December 10-11 at Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach. Lucia has appeared on numerous television shows including Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, X-Factor, America’s Got Talent and Disney Channel’s Shake It Up.
