Connie St. Denny of Daytona Beach is the recipient of Halifax Health’s Joe Petrock Volunteer of the Month Award for October 2015. Affectionately known as “Candy Connie,” St. Denny organizes and restocks the snacks sold in the hospital’s gift shop. She volunteers twice a week in the stockroom receiving, checking and pricing gift shop items.
