Casey Miller, MSN-FNP, is a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner at UF Health Pain Medicine – Halifax Health. With a strong educational foundation, Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University in Greenville, SC. He completed his nursing prerequisites at Santa Fe College before graduating with an ASN degree from Santa Fe College Nursing Programs. Advancing his expertise, Casey earned a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix.
Casey specializes in treating patients with pain conditions such as bursitis, compression fractures, fibromyalgia, back and neck pain, migraines, neuropathy, and tendonitis among others. In collaboration with our medical doctors, he offers advanced treatments including epidural injections, minimally invasive spine interventions such as kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty, and spinal cord stimulation therapies.
