Dr. Jennifer Rafalovich, a first-generation American, grew up on Florida’s West Coast. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Florida in Gainesville and pursued her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tampa.
In medical school, Dr. Rafalovich developed a passion for family and lifestyle medicine, recognizing gaps in primary care and preventive medicine. Her love for the outdoors led her to explore Wilderness Medicine, and she earned certification in Advanced Wilderness Life Support. During her fourth year of medical school, she spent four weeks in Colorado learning survival techniques and wilderness medical care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Rafalovich enjoys traveling, hiking, rock climbing, and playing pickleball. She looks forward to furthering her medical education at Halifax Health Medical Center.
