Since beginning his career at Halifax Health in 2006 as a summer intern in HR, Keith has held a number of different roles within the Human Resources department including compensation, benefits, and analytics. Keith was a Manager on the Quality & Performance Improvement Team where he oversaw several different projects & teams that supported several quality initiatives through education, facilitation & consultation with leaders from the nursing, physician, and operational levels. Keith has since returned to the Human Resources Team overseeing Compensation, Human Resources Information Systems, Benefits & the Volusia Health Network (VHN) team. Keith has a Master’s in Business Administration (with concentrations in economics & operational strategy) from Nova Southeastern University.
