Kim Fulcher, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer joined Halifax Health in 2005. Prior to joining Halifax Health, she worked for companies such as General Signal, Westinghouse and Bertelsmann. She has over 30 years of experience as an HR practitioner and oversees all Human Resources responsibilities including Talent Acquisition, Team Member Relations & Engagement, Work/Life Benefits, Team Member Health, Compensation and Performance Management, Organizational Development and the Auxiliary. Kim is also the Executive Director for Volusia Health Network, (VHN).
Kim has a B.A. in Public Relations, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She is the current chair of the Vizient (VHASE) Human Resources Executive Committee. She was the former national chair for the national American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and currently serves on the Daytona State College Foundation Board of Directors. Kim resides in Ormond Beach.
