Ryan R. Rees, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician who received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, graduated from the American University of the Caribbean Medical School and finished his core training at Queen Mary’s Hospital in London. Dr. Rees completed his residency at the Medical College of Georgia where he was Chief Resident and named Georgia Resident of the Year.
Dr. Rees has practiced family medicine in Daytona Beach since 2005. In addition to his full-time private practice responsibilities, he also volunteers as an on-call Cardiac Rehabilitation physician for Halifax Health, serves as an Aviation Medical Examiner for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and monitors patient health during prescribed weight loss management programs.
Certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support, Dr. Rees has the experience needed to care for patients in complex situations with a myriad of symptoms.
