(December 8, 2016) – Tom Stafford, vice president and chief information officer for Halifax Health, has been named a 2017 Computerworld Premier 100 Technology Leader.
Stafford is one of 100 leaders from technology and business who are being acknowledged by Computerworld for their exceptional technology leadership and innovative approaches to business challenges. All of the honorees will be recognized during an awards ceremony at the AGENDA Conference, a business leadership conference co-produced by CIO, Computerworld and the CIO Executive Council. The AGENDA17 Conference will be held March 20-22, 2017 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Stafford joined Halifax Health in 2007 as the leader of the Project Management Office. Since 2011, he has served as the director of information services while leading all of the health system’s information technology functions. He is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the University of Central Florida.
