The Florida State of Diabetes Conference Returns to Daytona Beach

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (October 13, 2023) Halifax Health – Lohman Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology and the American Diabetes Association are hosting a full day conference to help those diagnosed with pre-diabetes, Type 1 diabetes and Type 2 diabetes, and their caregivers, discover the latest in resources and education. Keynote speaker, retired Lieutenant General Mark Hertling, author of “Growing Physician Leaders”, will be joined by Lowell and Nancy Lohman, as well as notable health professionals in an effort to increase education around quality diabetic care.

The Florida State of Diabetes Conference will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 8:00am to 3:00pm at the News Journal Center in Daytona Beach. All participants must register in advance at halifaxhealth.org/stateofdiabetes2023. Attendees will benefit from a comprehensive update on the treatment of diabetes, cardiovascular care, GLP-1 Treatments, and more. Expect exclusive vendors, presentations on the most up-to-date research and technology and interactive workshops.
