Neurosurgeon Yannick Grenier, M.D. has joined Halifax Health – Center for Neurosciences.
Born in Montreal, Quebec, Dr. Grenier completed the French Baccalaureate and Bachelor in Sciences at McGill University before completing a master’s degree at the Montreal Neurologic Institute. She completed medical school at the University of Chicago and trained in neurosurgery at Northwestern University in Chicago. After passing her oral boards in neurosurgery, she completed a one-year fellowship in functional neurosurgery at StanfordUniversity.
Dr. Grenier enjoys multidisciplinary work in oncology, trauma and stroke care and is interested in developing multidisciplinary work for pain management, including spinal implants for chronic pain management.
