This year's 25th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5k is at 8:00 am on Saturday, November 7 at Port Orange City Center. We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we are the respected leader in the local community for end-of-life care, providing dignified comfort and compassion.
