Yes, MyChart will have most health records from your previous portals, and will be the new home for your health records moving forward.
Yes, MyChart consolidates information from all Halifax Health providers, giving you a comprehensive view of your care.
Most test results are posted to MyChart soon after completion. You may see your results before your provider has had a chance to review them. Some results may be delayed to allow your provider time to review and discuss them with you.
Yes, MyChart uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your personal health information. Only you and your authorized healthcare providers can access your data. Patients are required to set up Two-Factor Authentication to keep their accounts secure.
If you forget your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” links on the MyChart login page to reset your information securely. You can also call our Help Desk for assistance at 386.425.4107.
