In January of 2026, Halifax Health is switching to Epic - and we want to make sure your office has a smooth transition with us to make caring for our community as seamless as possible. Epic CareLink will allow for secure access to our new EHR so you can keep doing what you do best - providing high-quality care.
Epic CareLink is a free application offering community providers secure access to view their patients' medical records at Halifax Health, place lab and imaging orders, and to send referrals to Halifax Health.
Referring physicians and their office staff are our primary audience for Epic CareLink at Halifax Health.
Yes. Epic CareLink accounts are health system specific - even if you use Epic CareLink with other healthcare organizations, you will still need to register for Epic CareLink at Halifax Health.
