Jacob Nagib

Having attended graduate school at the University of Illinois and graduate studies at the University of Central Florida, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Power and Production.  Jacob has over 39 years of experience in the health care industry, including 6 years in contract with the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) conducting health care building design reviews and operations of facilities.

Jacob has been a speaker for the International HealthCare Conference in Dubai (UAE) on Integrated Patient Room Design & Health Care Building Process Flow & Efficiency, and has a special interest in medical technologies, especially new equipment for advanced treatments. He has published several articles for the American Hospital Association (AHA) and a variety of articles for American Society for HealthCare Engineers (ASHE).  A recipient of several awards from AHCA for his contributions to the healthcare industry through efforts such as integrated design, evidence phase design and consolidation and utilization of energy in health care.  Jacob received an accreditation letter from former Governor Jeb Bush following efforts conducted in south Florida after Hurricane Andrew.

Currently serving on the Technical Advisory Board for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, he also chairs the building committee for his church board and remains active in charity work  ̶  in particular  ̶  developing clinics in third world countries.
