Dr. Jaime R. Bracero PharmD, MBA is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Halifax Health. His role includes oversight over Pharmacy, Cardiology, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy and Laboratory Services. He earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University in 2006 and in 2020 earned a Master of Business Administration, with a focus in finance, from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
Jaime joined Halifax Health in 2006 where he gained his leadership experience as Pharmacy Operations Manager. He serves his community as an active member on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Volusia and Flagler counties, assuming the role of President for the 2024 and 2025 terms, previously holding the position as Vice President of Community Relations.
He is a Six Sigma Green belt, skilled in operational processes, risk management, public speaking, and has a strong sense of financial responsibility and sustainability. He has been published in the Journal of Human Hypertension and holds a Brown Belt in Jiu Jitsu. He is a husband, a father of four, and a lifelong student of personal development.
