Sara, Sr. Employment Recruiter: Sara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and has been a member of the Halifax Health family since December 2013. She’s worked within Recruitment for the last 7 years as an Allied Health Recruiter and now the Sr. Employment Recruiter. Sara was born here at Halifax Health and raised in the area and takes great pride in helping others explore and secure employment opportunities throughout the system.
Charles, BSN, RN, Nurse Recruiter/Employee Relations: Charlie has been a Registered Nurse for over twenty years. He has enjoyed the opportunity to allow for several career changes that included Emergency Services, Pharmaceutical Research, and Agency/ Travel Emergency Nursing. Charlie has been recruiting with Halifax Health for the past three years. He enjoys utilizing his past nursing experiences to best serve projects that include marketing, retention, as well as recruitment for a variety of disciplines for Halifax Health.
Lacey, BSN-RN, Nurse Recruiter/Retention Coordinator: Lacey has been a Halifax Health team member since 2013. Not only did she accept her first Registered Nurse position at Halifax Health but she was also born here! Nursing at Halifax Health has provided opportunities such as working on our Cardiac Telemetry unit, Woman and Infant services, Quality Improvement and Recruitment/Retention. Lacey enjoys assisting candidates explore the world of nursing and the many open doors it has to offer. Lacey strives to help you achieve your career goals by guiding you through the onboarding process and being a resource to you for many years to come after accepting a position at Halifax Health.
Danielle, Employment Recruiter: Danielle is a current graduate student at FSU studying Organizational Management and Communication, she received her B.A. in Human Communication and Conflict from UCF. As a Volusia County native, Danielle dreamed of joining Halifax Health because of her love for public health. After graduating from Seabreeze High School in 2016, she accepted her first position within the organization. Prior to joining Recruitment, Danielle worked in Inpatient Administration. She looks forward to helping potential candidates pursue their dreams here at Halifax Health.
Falon, Sr. Intake Specialist: Falon is a native of Daytona Beach. She has been working at Halifax Health in Human Resources for 16 years. She enjoys the experience of meeting new people every day through the onboarding process and sharing the wonderful opportunities Halifax Health has to offer each candidate.
