Daytona Beach, FL – (March 11, 2024) All Aboard Storage owners Andy and Molly Clark and about 120 guests and friends gathered together recently at the former Coliseum Club in downtown Daytona Beach on February 2nd to celebrate Andy’s 60th birthday.  Guests at the party generously donated $8,000 to our Halifax Health Arts in Medicine Program.  This contribution complements Mr. Clark’s earlier $400,000 gift to establish the program, marking a continued dedication to enhancing patient care through therapeutic arts.

The party featured an engaging interactive painting exhibition by renowned artist Perego. Guests were treated to an unforgettable experience as they witnessed the creation of a stunning portrait of Andy Clark, alongside a community mural painted by the guests. Joe Petrock, Executive Director of our Halifax Health – Foundation, expressed gratitude for the Clarks’ generosity, stating, “The Clarks’ contributions elevate our standard of care by providing not only exceptional medical services but also comfort and support for our patients.” Petrock emphasized the significant role of therapeutic arts in the healing process, noting that the Arts in Medicine program will offer musical performances and visual art experiences, benefiting oncology patients and enhancing the overall patient experience at Halifax Health.

Reflecting on his personal journey of recovery after a serious plane crash, Andy Clark shared his perspective, saying, “Maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a will to live are paramount in the recovery process. Molly and I firmly believe that infusing music and art into the hospital environment can profoundly impact patients’ experiences.”

Andy Clark’s commitment to Halifax Health extends beyond medical treatment. His vision aligns with the hospital’s mission to provide holistic care. By supporting the Arts in Medicine program, Clark aims to enrich the entire care experience at the Halifax Health Cancer Center for Hope.
