About Our Care Centers
For your comfort, every Halifax Health – Hospice Care Center offers:
- Private patient suites with a scenic patio, individual bathrooms, pull-out sleeping for visitors, and internet access
- A chapel
- A family room for loved ones to gather
- A Children's Corner for little ones to play
- Memorial walkways with fountains and seating for quiet moments
Each Care Center provides a beautiful setting, expert clinical assessment, and symptom management, and each has its own personality. Our skilled teams manage acute symptoms during the end-of-life journey and, honoring patient and family wishes, help each patient comfortably return home, move to another care setting, or spend their final days in place. Respite care is also available for short stays, giving family caregivers a needed break.
