Nurse Practitioner Joins Halifax Health – Primary Care in Ormond Beach

Taylor Perry, APRN, FNP-C, has joined Halifax Health – Primary Care in Ormond Beach, FL.

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (February 22, 2023) Taylor Perry, APRN, FNP-C, has joined Halifax Health – Primary Care in Ormond Beach, FL. Perry graduated cum laude from St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria, Ill., and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Perry is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with practicum experience in internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics and family practice.

“Dr. Perry is an experienced advanced practice nurse who is dedicated to providing her patients with exceptional care,” said Nate Gittner, Director of Operations for Physician Services at Halifax Health. “We are excited to have her join the Ormond Beach practice to serve its growing community.”
