The Halifax Health – Lighter Lifestyles Weight Management Program is a medically supervised weight management program consisting of a weekly education class, weigh-in and unlimited use of our Wellness Center gym. Our experienced staff of physicians, exercise physiologists and dietitians are ready to help you achieve your lifestyle goals.

Complete the Client Application. Enrollment appointments will be scheduled at your convenience prior to attending your first class. This includes the initial appointment with the dietitian and the fitness evaluation with an exercise physiologist.
20 weeks – Includes initial and monthly visits with the physician, six personal training visits with an exercise physiologist, monthly one-on-one consultation with the dietitian, weekly education class, weigh-in and vital signs screening, and Health Fitness Center membership.
Tuesday or Thursday 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Weekly attendance is strongly recommended to achieve the best results. Please arrange your schedule to be able to attend.
