Alberto Tineo has been promoted to senior vice president of operations for Halifax Health.
DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (May 4, 2017) – Alberto Tineo has been promoted to senior vice president of operations for Halifax Health.
Formerly the vice president of operations, in this new role, Tineo assumes oversight of all Halifax Health Medical Center operations, including Halifax Health – Emergency Department of Deltona.
Tineo began his career with Halifax Health 24 years ago as a radiology modality coordinator. Since that time, he has served in numerous roles for the community health system.
“Through the years, Alberto has become very familiar with the many complex aspects and systems of our organization, from the technical to the strategic. These unique experiences and skillsets have enabled him to successfully lead us through many important milestones including The Joint Commission and other regulatory surveys, Hurricane Matthew and most recently the oversight and planning of our new freestanding emergency department in Deltona,” explains Jeff Feasel, Halifax Health president and chief executive officer.
Tineo holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis in Illinois.
