Youth Volunteer Program

Teens 16 years of age and older interested in a career in healthcare, as well as volunteerism, are encouraged to participate in Halifax Health’s See Your Future program. We are excited to offer student volunteers with a variety of opportunities at Halifax Health.

Teens participating in Halifax Health’s See Your Future program will have the opportunity to:

• Practice interpersonal and soft skills needed for successful employment

• Tour medical center departments

• Learn from presentations given by medical and healthcare professionals

• Receive training in Halifax Health’s teen volunteer program

Tuition assistance is available for students who take part in the program and enroll in Daytona State College pursuing a degree in healthcare.
