Teens 16 years of age and older interested in a career in healthcare, as well as volunteerism, are encouraged to participate in Halifax Health’s See Your Future program. We are excited to offer student volunteers with a variety of opportunities at Halifax Health.
Teens participating in Halifax Health’s See Your Future program will have the opportunity to:
Practice interpersonal and soft skills needed for successful employment
Tour medical center departments
Learn from presentations given by medical and healthcare professionals
Receive training in Halifax Health’s teen volunteer program
Tuition assistance is available for students who take part in the program and enroll in Daytona State College pursuing a degree in healthcare.
