Outpatient Mental Health Support Group

Halifax Health offers an outpatient mental health support group that meets every Thursday afternoon at 3 pm in the Psychiatric lobby conference room.

This meeting is open to the public for anyone wanting support for their mental wellness.

This is a community lead group, there is not a therapist participating in the group.
