We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment for registration. Your first appointment with your physician will be approximately 45 – 60 minutes. Your physician will thoroughly review your medical records and perform a physical examination. If you have any special needs prior to coming into our facility, such as a foreign language interpreter, a wheelchair or any other needs, please call 386.425.HOPE.
