Building on a longstanding partnership, Halifax Health has invested $3 million in Daytona State College’s nursing programs since 2018, including $1.5 million contributed since 2022 through the LINE grant in partnership with the Florida Legislature. This funding established a permanent endowment to expand scholarships, added NCLEX preparation resources, and enhanced overall program quality.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Radiological Technologist
Phlebotomist
Surgical Technologist
Licensed Practical Nurse
Health Information Tech

Registered Nurse

Step 3: Interview at Halifax Health.
Step 4: Finish the program.
Step 5: Start work.
Application and approval process must be completed
May be enrolled part-time or full-time
Must be a resident of Volusia, Flagler or Brevard county
Must enter into a separate agreement with Halifax Health or a Halifax Health affiliate regarding future employment
